In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include the following:

- profile and coaching data (such as training programs, workouts, session notes, check-ins, schedules, and messages you send to other users)
- fitness, nutrition, and body-metric information you choose to provide (such as workout logs, meal plans, and weight)
- photos, videos, and audio recordings (such as swing videos, voice notes, and recorded coaching sessions)
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Sensitive Information. With your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may process the following categories of sensitive information: health and fitness information you provide, and the contents of messages and communications you send through the Services.
Application Data (Mobile Application). If you use our mobile application, we may request access to and collect the following from your device, based on the permissions you grant:
- Camera and Microphone. We access your device's camera and microphone so you can record and send swing videos, voice notes, and coaching session recordings.
- Photo Library. We access your photo library so you can attach and upload photos and videos.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account, messages, and activity. You can disable these at any time in your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to provide the features of the application, to maintain security, and for troubleshooting and internal analytics. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you use our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
In Short: We may share information with the third-party service providers described here. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third parties who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work:

- Cloud Computing & Storage: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Railway, Cloudflare R2
- Communication and Email: Resend
- Payments and Billing: Stripe
- Product Analytics: PostHog
- Performance and Error Monitoring: Sentry

We may use cookies and similar technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. We also use analytics technologies (such as PostHog) to understand how our Services are used so we can improve them.
We do not use these technologies for third-party or targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.

5. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.
Use of AI Technologies. We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic and AssemblyAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
Our AI Products. Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:
- Generating content (such as coaching summaries, drafts, and reports)
- Processing/analyzing user data (such as transcribing recordings and analyzing training data)
How We Process Your Data Using AI. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Upon your request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

We only collect sensitive personal information as permitted by law or with your consent, and we do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Sale/Sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Your Rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know whether we are processing your personal data; access, correct, or delete your personal data; obtain a copy of the personal data you previously shared with us; non-discrimination for exercising your rights; opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling; and limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal data (where applicable).
